Modification of Terms

Nexacore IT Services L.L.C retains the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. We advise you to periodically review this page for any revisions. Continued use of our services after the posting of revised terms signifies your acceptance and agreement to the changes. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate this agreement.

SSH Access

For security reasons, shared hosting users are not provided with SSH access. In exceptional circumstances where SSH access is granted, you are fully responsible for the server and agree to bear any fees for damages incurred through SSH access.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Activities: Our services may not be utilized for illegal purposes or in support of illegal activities.
• Harm to Others: You may not use our services to harm or attempt to harm minors in any way, including transmitting any material that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property.
• Other Illegal Activities: Hosting or transmitting illegal material, engaging in fraudulent activities, and displaying unauthorized copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.

Spam Policy

We enforce a zero-tolerance spam policy. Use of our services to transmit any unsolicited commercial or bulk email is expressly prohibited.

Network Disruptions

Using our services for activities that disrupt the ability of other people or systems to use our services or the Internet is prohibited.

Security

You are solely responsible for any misuse of your account. Ensure that unauthorized persons do not gain access to your account.

Excessive Use

Excessive use or abuse of shared network resources by one customer may impact other customers. We reserve the right to suspend your account if it causes significant resource drains.

Scripts

If you intend to use resource-intensive scripts, you must purchase a suitable hosting plan.

Background Running Programs

Background programs that interfere with normal server operations are not allowed on our servers.

IRC

Operating IRC servers, bots, or shells on our network is prohibited.

Data Restoration

We are not responsible for restoring data to a server.

Payments and Fees

Payment is due on the defined recurring billing date each month/year.

SSL Certificates

It is your responsibility to provide accurate details when signing up for SSL certificates.

Delinquent Accounts

We may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon failure to pay charges when due.

Slander

Your website may not be used to slander others, and you may not slander our company or associated parties.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of our services.

Service Cancellation

All requests for canceling any service must be made in writing and should be done at least 7 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
